Mansperger and Associates Insurance Services was founded by Tom Mansperger, a licensed insurance agent since 1992. Tom has spent the last 30 years providing exceptional service to clients across the U.S., and is known for being a valuable advisor to clients.

When not spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or pursuing any of his fast and furious, fuel-burning hobbies, Tom can be found passionately helping people protect their most important assets with insurance.
For three decades, Tom worked as a captive agent, providing personal insurance, business insurance, and health insurance policies to individuals and families in his community.
In March of 2020, Tom decided the global pandemic wasn’t enough excitement for him and made the leap to become an independent agent. Now, Mansperger and Associates Insurance Services continues to provide the same great service and expertise across all lines of coverage and with the nation’s top-rated insurance carriers.
Although Tom’s experience covers a wide range of insurance products and services, one of his greatest joys is helping people navigate the Medicare system.
Ellen “The English Major” Lichtenstein
Marketing & Communications Consultant
Ellen has been serving the communications needs of the Insurance industry since 2014 and, prior to that, spent eight years working in Documentary and Non-Fiction Television (aka Reality TV).
In June of 2020, she started her own company Just Add Communications LLC with the goal of providing high-quality content and digital marketing strategies to independent insurance agencies, and any other businesses that need her help. She has served as Mansperger and Associate’s Marketing & Communications Consultant since March 2021 where she focuses on accelerating the agency’s growth by leveraging digital marketing, email automation, and content marketing strategies.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Ellen has lived and worked up and down the East Coast, throughout the Mid-west, and now calls Denver, Colorado home. She received her B.S. in Communication Studies from New York University and her M.A. in Communications from Johns Hopkins University.
